BACKEND AND FRONTEND DEVELOPER

We're looking for a talented person to lead backend and frontend web development for one of our own products that will be on web and mobile. You will also from time to time be involved in backend development for some of the mobile applications we do for clients.

We're looking for someone who can take charge of the web development, including the full technology stack and decisions around this. At the moment we are using Ruby on Rails deployed on Heroku. You should know some language intimately, but not be married to one technology. We are open to productive discussions on the best platforms going forward and you will take an active role in these decisions.

You should have excellent programming skills and a theoretical background in computer science or software engineering. You are the kind of person who can’t stop coming up with new brilliant ideas, and you are a sucker for great design and little details. You are a curious, communicative person who is eager to learn new stuff, and you are committed to being part of the SHAPE team and helping us develop further.

- backend development of our own apps
- frontend web development of our own apps
- managing deployment, hosting, ops, backup of our own apps
- backend development for client iOS / Android apps

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

For our office in Copenhagen, we are currently looking for a skilled and passionate software developer.
- You will help us develop existing and future products on mobile platforms like iPhone, iPad and Android.
- You will be programming in Objective-C, Java and maybe Ruby or something even cooler.
- You will be working with the Cocoa Touch and Android frameworks creating state of the art mobile experiences.
